On behalf of the 2005 Conference Committee, I invite you to come and enjoy Belize in a very relaxed and informal atmosphere.

The theme chosen is in line with the globalization trends. 2005: We Harmonize will discuss the new global methodology required for accounting reporting that will come into effect in 2005 and what effects this will have on small states, like ours in the Caribbean.

Airport Shuttle

Transportation will be available to transport delegates arriving and departing on both American Airlines flight to their respective hotels on the 23 rd June and 26 th June respectively.

Conference Site

Transportation schedule will be made available to all participants who have accommodations at a hotel other than that of the Conference Site.

Transportation will be available for all events outside the conference site.

DRESS CODE

Belize is a very informal country and due to the weather conditions suits are worn on very rare occasions. Therefore, the following dress code as been decided upon.

PLENARY SESSIONS – Casual Smart (Shirt, no tie)
GALA – Male: Planters (Shirt and tie) Female: Cocktail
TOUR – Tropical casual (If you intend to do activities available – swim wear and hiking gear)
SPOUSES/CHILDREN TOURS – Tropical casual

Prices will remain in effect once the participant registers for the conference, even though arrival and departure dates may be prior to and after termination of conference.
