The eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Belize was held at the Radisson Fort George Hotel on March 20, 2003.

The guest speaker at the meeting was the Honourable Eamon Courtenay, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade who spoke about his ministry's challenges and goals for the years 2003 to 2008 and highlighted the important areas that Accountants could play an active part.
Also, Fellowship award certificates were handed out by the Minister to the following qualifying members of the Institute: Jose Bautista FCA, Arsenio Burgos FCA, J. Julian Castillo FCA, Rene J. Blanco FCA, Clinton L. Castillo FCA, Douglas Erskine FCA, Felix Reyes FCA, Kathlyn Tillett FCA, Michael Coye FCA, Mary A. Martinez FCA, Jose L. Habet FCA, Marion Usher FCA, Thomas B. Tattersfield FCA.
