Accountancy Profession Act and Bye-Laws Review
The Act and Bye-Laws Review Committee completed their review of the Act and Bye-Laws in November 2002 and submitted their proposed amendments to Council. The consultation process (with members) started in April 2002 until the completion of the proposed amendments in November 2002. The revision and update of the Act and Bye-Laws of the Institute were to reflect present day realities and requirements.
2005 Conference Schedule and Chairman welcome
On behalf of the 2005 Conference Committee, I invite you to come and enjoy Belize in a very relaxed and informal atmosphere.
The theme chosen is in line with the globalization trends. 2005: We Harmonize will discuss the new global methodology required for accounting reporting that will come into effect in 2005 and what effects this will have on small states, like ours in the Caribbean.
